The Kemach Foundation Annual Report 2018, released in September 2019, sets out details of all the Kemach programs that are helping Haredi men and women find employment.
According to the report, the Kemach Foundation has helped over 20,000 individuals to find jobs in the last decade. Kemach’s Guidance and Counseling services have resulted in an astonishing 85% of alumni working in the field in which they have trained. Based on an average monthly salary of 9,000 NIS, the Chief Economist in the Ministry of Finance has calculated that Kemach’s graduates are contributing 240,000 NIS a year to the Israeli economy. Further proof of the efficacy of Kemach is reinforced by its partnerships with governmental agencies, who see the Kemach Foundation as the most professional and expert organization championing Haredi integration into the workforce. The report also includes endorsements from the President of Israel Reuven Rivlin, the US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, and the Rt. Hon. Alistair Burt, former UK Minister for Foreign Affairs.
