The fourth session of the Ashmoret program, run in cooperation with MAOZ and the KEMACH Foundation, which provides management training for Haredim, has concluded. The program is designed to train an ethical, professional and bold management that works together, out of a sense of mission and commitment, to bolster the socio-economic resilience of the State of Israel.

At the closing event, program participants met the CEOs of MAOZ and the KEMACH Foundation, Shimrit Beinhorn and Motti Feldstein respectively. They talked about the program with the graduates and the journey they had taken, both as individuals and a group, and discussed  the goal of the training, i.e., to enhance the professionalism of the managers and enable them to build trust in their organizations, while preserving their personal and community identity.
